How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with GoldenTech KSA through this website and in the course of doing business with us.

Last updated: November 1, 2026

1. Who we are

GoldenTech KSA L.L.C., doing business as GoldenTech KSA ("we", "us", "our"), provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud services, and wholesale distribution of computer hardware and software to business customers. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@goldentechksa.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you complete a form on this site (a quote request, contact enquiry, support or RMA ticket, wholesale account application, job application, or newsletter subscription), we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form this may include your name, company, job title, work email address, telephone number, delivery location, order and invoice references, product serial numbers, and the content of your message or requirement.

Information collected automatically

Our web server records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and time of access. Where analytics are enabled (see section 5), an analytics provider may collect similar information using cookies or comparable technologies.

Information from business dealings

If you become a customer or supplier, we hold the business contact and transaction information needed to fulfil orders, deliver services, manage warranties, issue invoices, and meet legal obligations.

Information from data-product platforms

If you buy or evaluate our data products, including through Snowflake Marketplace, we receive your name, company, and work email from that platform so that we can respond to your access or sales request.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up on requests you have made.
  • To process orders, deliver products and services, manage support and warranty claims, and administer accounts.
  • To send the newsletter or other communications you have opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website, including detecting spam and abuse.
  • To comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one, our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, your consent where you have given it (for example, to the newsletter), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that process data on our behalf (for example, email delivery, web hosting, CRM and ticketing systems, and payment processors) under contracts that restrict their use of the data.
  • Manufacturers, distributors, and carriers to the extent necessary to fulfil orders, register warranties, process RMAs, and deliver goods.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors, insurers, and lawyers where required.
  • Authorities where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others.
  • A successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Some providers may be located outside your country. Where this involves an international transfer of personal data subject to data-protection law, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies to operate forms and security features. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Enquiry and quote data is typically retained for 12 months after last contact. Customer, order, warranty, and invoice records are retained for the period required by tax and commercial law, typically 5 years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Job applications are retained for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transmission of form data, access controls, endpoint protection, and staff training. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously and review our controls regularly.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, these rights arise under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or communicated to affected customers directly.
