Because we deliver both professional services and wholesale distribution, our people see more of the technology lifecycle than they would at a pure reseller or a pure service provider.
An engineer here might assess a client's network on Monday, specify the replacement equipment on Tuesday, and be on site deploying it by the end of the month. An account manager works with the same client across services and products for years. A warehouse associate handles everything from single-unit RMAs to a 400-laptop staged deployment.
We are large enough to have structured processes, vendor training, and a stable client base, and small enough that individual contributions are noticed. Most of our team leads started in front-line roles.
How we work, and what we look for
Accountability
We own outcomes, not tasks. If a client has a problem, the person who answers the phone stays with it until it is resolved or properly handed off.
Technical honesty
We recommend what the client actually needs, explain trade-offs plainly, and say so when we do not know something yet.
Doing it properly
Documented configurations, labelled cabling, tested backups, accurate inventory. Shortcuts create tomorrow's emergencies.
Respect for people
Colleagues, clients, and suppliers are treated with courtesy and patience, including the user who has called about the same issue three times.
