An established technology partner for businesses that need IT to simply work.
Since 2016, GoldenTech KSA has delivered professional computer services, managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and wholesale hardware and software distribution to organizations locally, nationally, and internationally.
Professional computer services and wholesale distribution under one roof.
GoldenTech KSA is a business-to-business technology company. We design, deploy, and support IT systems for organizations of every size, and we supply the hardware and software those systems run on at wholesale pricing. Connectivity Intelligence, our broadband availability dataset, is our data product line.
Most technology providers do one of two things: they sell products, or they deliver services. We deliberately do both. Our engineers configure and support the same equipment our distribution team sources, which means every recommendation we make is grounded in hands-on experience and every product we sell comes with someone who knows how to install it.
Our clients include small and mid-sized businesses, multi-site enterprises, schools, healthcare practices, public-sector agencies, and resellers who rely on us as a sourcing partner. Whatever the industry, the goal is the same: dependable, secure, cost-effective technology that helps the organization operate well.

Industries servedBusinesses were paying for technology twice: once to buy it, and again to make it work.
GoldenTech KSA was founded in 2016 because our founders kept seeing the same problem: organizations bought hardware from one vendor, licensing from another, and support from a third, and nobody was accountable when the pieces did not fit together. Procurement took weeks, deployments ran late, and the people who sold the equipment were rarely the people who understood it.
We built a company to close that gap. By combining wholesale distribution with a professional services team, we can quote, source, deploy, and support a complete solution and stand behind all of it. 10+ years later, that remains the reason clients choose us.

Give every client reliable technology, the right products at the right price, and expert guidance they can trust.
Our mission is to make technology a dependable asset for the businesses we serve, not a recurring source of cost, risk, and frustration.
Reliable IT solutions
Systems that are designed properly, documented, monitored, and maintained, so your team can focus on their work instead of their tools.
The right products, at wholesale
Genuine, warrantied hardware and correctly licensed software from authorized channels, with volume pricing normally reserved for large distributors.
Expert guidance
Straightforward recommendations from engineers who have deployed what they recommend, expressed in terms of business outcomes rather than specifications.
Improved efficiency
Standardized, well-supported environments reduce downtime, duplicated effort, and unplanned spending.
Higher productivity
Staff get working devices, current software, and fast support without waiting on long procurement cycles.
Stronger digital operations
Layered security, tested backups, and scalable infrastructure keep the business running through growth and disruption.
Seven reasons clients stay with us year after year
Any provider can list capabilities. These are the differences that show up in how an engagement actually goes.
Reliability
An established company with 10+ years of continuous operation, documented processes, and a track record you can verify through references.
Technical expertise
Experienced engineers who design, deploy, and support the systems we sell. Recommendations are based on experience, not on what happens to be in stock.
Vendor relationships
Authorized partnerships and distributor access with the manufacturers and publishers our clients standardize on mean genuine products, valid licensing, and escalation paths when you need them.
Wholesale pricing
Volume tiers for businesses, resellers, and public-sector buyers, presented on transparent quotes with no hidden handling or restocking fees.
Fast fulfillment
Live stock visibility, staged and imaged deployments, and coordinated delivery to local, national, and international destinations.
Post-sale support
Warranty handling, RMA processing, helpdesk, and managed services from the same team that sold and installed the equipment.
Single point of contact
One account manager for services and products. When something goes wrong, there is no finger-pointing between vendors. We own it.
Business-first thinking
Every proposal explains the expected impact on efficiency, risk, and cost, so decision-makers can approve it without a technical background.
A transparent, five-step process for every engagement
Whether you need a single workstation order or a multi-year managed services agreement, the work follows the same organized path. You always know what happens next and who is responsible for it.
Assess
We start by understanding your environment, goals, budget, and constraints. That may be a short call for a product order or a structured on-site assessment for a services project. Nothing is recommended until we understand what you are trying to achieve.
Recommend
You receive a written proposal with clear options, itemized pricing, timelines, and the expected business impact of each choice. We explain trade-offs in plain language so the decision can be made by the people who own the budget.
Source
Our distribution team procures genuine hardware and software through authorized channels at wholesale rates. We confirm availability before you commit, consolidate shipments, and stage or image equipment in our facility when required.
Deploy
Our engineers install, configure, migrate, and test on site or remotely, working around your business hours to avoid disruption. Every deployment is documented, with credentials, diagrams, and configurations handed over to you.
Support
After go-live, monitoring, helpdesk, warranty handling, and scheduled reviews keep systems performing. Managed services clients receive regular reporting and a roadmap that plans the next refresh before it becomes urgent.
Authorized relationships that protect your purchase.
Our reseller and distribution agreements mean every product we supply is genuine, carries the full manufacturer warranty, and is licensed correctly for your use. They also give our engineers access to vendor technical resources and escalation paths that are not available to unauthorized sellers.
We maintain partnerships across hardware, software, cloud, networking, and security categories, and we add vendors when a client requirement calls for it. Ask your account manager for the current list of authorized brands in your category.
Why authorized sourcing mattersRepresentative engagements across industries
The following are illustrative examples based on typical engagements rather than specific clients. We publish named case studies only with client approval.
Multi-campus school district standardizes 1,200 student and staff devices
Illustrative example · Education · Based on typical engagements, not a specific client
Problem
Five campuses were running four different laptop models across three operating-system versions, with no central management. Teachers lost class time to device failures, and the technology coordinator spent most of the year on manual re-imaging.
Solution
We sourced a single business-class laptop model at education volume pricing, imaged and asset-tagged every unit before delivery, and deployed by campus over a summer break. A cloud device-management platform and a managed helpdesk were introduced under a three-year agreement.
Result
Deployment completed two weeks before the term started. Device-related support tickets fell by an estimated 55% in the first semester, and the district now refreshes on a planned four-year cycle with predictable budgeting.
Medical group passes compliance audit after security and backup overhaul
Illustrative example · Healthcare · Based on typical engagements, not a specific client
Problem
A growing practice with three locations had unencrypted workstations, a single unmonitored backup drive, and shared logins. An upcoming HIPAA readiness review made the gaps urgent, and the practice manager had no one on staff to own remediation.
Solution
Our cybersecurity team performed a gap assessment, then deployed managed endpoint protection, full-disk encryption, multi-factor authentication, a monitored off-site backup with tested recovery, and written policies. New firewalls and switches were supplied at wholesale to replace end-of-life equipment.
Result
The practice completed its readiness review with no critical findings. Monthly security reporting now gives leadership documented evidence of controls, and a recovery test restored a full server in under four hours.
Manufacturer opens second plant with network and servers live on day one
Illustrative example · Manufacturing and logistics · Based on typical engagements, not a specific client
Problem
A regional manufacturer had ninety days to bring a new 60,000-square-foot facility online, including plant-floor wireless, an ERP server, VoIP, and forty workstations, and its two-person IT team was fully occupied keeping the original plant running.
Solution
We managed the project end to end: structured cabling and industrial-grade access points, a virtualized server pair with site-to-site connectivity to the main plant, workstations imaged in our warehouse, and a phased cutover schedule agreed with plant operations.
Result
All systems were operational a week ahead of the production start date. Consolidating hardware and licensing through our wholesale division saved an estimated 18% against the client's original vendor quotes, and we continue to provide on-site support under a managed agreement.
